Our facilities offer plenty of space for any occasion. Both of our ballrooms can be divided to accommodate smaller functions.
We offer both afternoon and evening functions. Afternoon functions must end at 4:00 p.m.(except on Sundays). The ending time for evening functions will depend on when your party begins. Overtime charges will vary according to the size of the party.
The bridal, gift and cake tables can be decorated in traditional lace or plain white skirting. We offer candelabras and other decorations to accent these tables to match the theme of your party. You may provide your own centerpieces or Carrie Cerino's also maintains lovely centerpieces you may choose to use.
The Grand Ballroom
Maximum Capacity: 400 Guests/ 5000 Sq. Ft.
Half Ballroom Capacity: 100-175 guests
Entrance: Separate private entrance.
Table Size: 6' diameter Round Tables (comfortably seats 10)
The Club Ballroom
Maximum Capacity: 150 Guests/ 2400 Sq. Ft.
One room Capacity: 25-50 guests
Two rooms Capacity: 60-85 guests
Table Size: 5' diameter Round Tables (comfortably seats 8)
Entrance: Adjacent to restaurant foyer
Pricing & Fees
- There is a minimum guest guarantee policy on all reserved rooms. We require a guarantee on the number of guests 48 hours in advanced of your event. All party charges are based on this guarantee. Please inquire for further details.
- A $7.00 per person deposit is required to guarantee the reserving of any room. This will be deducted from your bill on the day of your event. In case of cancellation, the deposit will be returned ONLY when the room is rebooked.
- The Ohio state tax is added to your bill after a 20% service charge has been added to all items.
- Parties of over 70 with liquor service require a security guard to be present. The fee for having a security guard on site is $120.00
